Coordinatrice d'événement - animation skateboard
Dans le cadre du festival We Love Green 2023, l’association Tribe du Cosanostra Skatepark est intervenue en tant que prestataire pour proposer des initiations au skateboard.
Ma mission consistait à assurer la coordination avec l’organisation du festival en amont, puis à gérer le bon déroulement des animations pendant les trois jours de concerts.
Cela incluait la logistique quotidienne (livraison et stockage du matériel), la gestion des plannings des instructeurs de skateboard, ainsi que l’accueil et l’inscription des participants.
Enfin, j’ai réalisé un bilan d’activité destiné aux organisateurs de We Love Green.
